Vans Appear A Lot In Cartoons (Part 1)
Believe it or not there are actually many famous cartoon characters that own a van and some of them are actually tuned into by millions of people with every new episode. Some of which are past jewels that have not really seen any real success in a long while and of course some of them are just simply made for the kids. Here are the ones that I could think of.
Mystery Machine
If there was a top trumps game based on cartoon vans then this card would beat all of them hands down. When you think of a van in a cartoon then this has to be the one that comes into the mind at first. 1969 is the year in which Scooby Doo was first aired making it a whopping forty years old this year! The show is obviously still going strong and has not lost the original design at all, there are still many monsters to be caught. The monster always seems to be someone in disguise, where are the real monsters!. I wonder if the gang have the van on Van Leasing
Postman Pat’s Van
This is actually a British creation which is partly why it is in the list, the other reason is because it was first aired in 1981 and was loved so much that they have brought back a newer series which started in 2006. This show was really aimed at the younger generations of people and I will admit to watching the show when I was young myself. The brilliant thing about Postman Pat is that he is the only Postman able to deliver the post on time!
Cheap vehicle contracts has got to be something that these toons held in their minds when getting these vans.
Part two of this will actually feature toons from the Family Guy and South Park series, which has the best van. Small van leasing is key for the next part.
